Abstract:

A facile efficient synthesis of novel fused-pyrazoles via Pd(OAc)2-mediated heteroarylation of the heteroarene C-H bond in the Morita-Baylis-Hillman derivatives of 4-iodopyrazolecarbaldehydes is described.
