dc.description.abstract Quantitative distribution of p-ethylamino-p'- aminodiphenyl sulphone in the blood and tissues, after oral and intraperitoneal adm.inistration, has been studied. The drug is absorbed quickly and is widely and fairly unifonnly distributed in all the tissues studied. It is retained in. the body for a long time· and is excreted mainly through the kidneys: and partly through the gastro-intestinal. tract. The relative ratio of the metabolites to the unaltered drug in blood, tissues, urine and faeces has also been worked out. en
