dc.description.abstract	The lytic activity of ei~ht amino acids and two peptides on vibrios has been studied. All the amino acids studied exhibit varying degrees of activity. glycine exhibiting the maximum activity. The di-and tripeptides of glycine show a much reduced activity.	en
