Cultivation of Virus from the Conjunctival Epithelium of Trachoma Patients on the Chorio-allantoic Membrane in Chick Embryo

Abstract

On the basis of complement fixation test and histolo~icll! studies the virus isolated from the conjunl!tivae of four trachoma patients and cultivated on chorio-allantoic rnerrrbr-ane of chick embryo is shown to be related to trachoma.
